Harry Speaks to ASWA
Harry presented to the American Society of Women Accounts, Chicago Chapter on Tuesday, November 17. “Succession Planning in the New Economy” was held as part of a networking dinner at Buca di Beppo, 521 N. Rush St. in Chicago. About 15 professionals heard Harry’s take on how advisor collaboration must exist to successfully pass a business on to the next generation.
They learned the importance of flexibility and the three choices that a business owner has when planning for ownership transition. Additionally, they discussed the role that accountants have in succession planning and observed Harry’s trademarked “Seven Steps to Succession.”
Attendees took home a copy of his “Seven Steps to Succession” audio CD. Harry also gave away a signed copy of his book Pass It On: The Entrepreneur’s Succession Playbook.
